They are adapted from the prior FIA TRAVELS GHANA travel package terms and now apply to TravelLoopGH bookings and planning activity.

Each package or itinerary is tied to specific travel dates and destinations. Guests should review the details provided for the selected package or custom quote before confirming.

Packages generally include transportation, accommodation, and selected activities as listed in the final quote or itinerary.

Unless otherwise stated, packages do not include travel insurance, visa fees, personal expenses, or optional activities.

Prices are quoted in the stated booking currency and may change until a booking is confirmed.

A deposit may be required to secure a booking, with any remaining balance due by the payment schedule shared during confirmation.

A booking is confirmed only after the required payment is received and written confirmation has been issued.

Requested booking changes will be handled where possible, but may depend on availability and may involve additional cost.

Cancellation and refund terms can vary by package, supplier, season, or departure timing.

Cancellations closer to departure may carry higher fees, so guests should review the package-specific cancellation terms before confirming.

Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, health requirements, travel insurance decisions, and accurate information supplied for trip planning.

Guests should review itinerary details, inclusions, exclusions, timing, and support assumptions before confirming a trip.

TravelLoopGH is not liable for delay, loss, injury, or disruption caused by factors outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or third-party travel-provider issues.

If an issue arises during a trip, guests should notify TravelLoopGH promptly so the team has an opportunity to respond or assist.

TravelLoopGH may capture photographs or video during tours for promotional or marketing use.

Travelers who prefer not to appear in such materials should notify their travel consultant at the beginning of the trip.

TravelLoopGH may revise these terms from time to time. The current version published on this website is the version that applies.

By making a payment or confirming a booking, the traveler accepts these terms.
